The Tarisland development team has provided another update on their progress, specifically in response to player feedback and upcoming changes. Their latest update focuses on updated rewards for launch, improvements in user experience, and confirms the addition of new class versions.

According to the update shared on Discord, Tarisland’s upcoming development plan includes more generous rewards for Challenge Mode and dungeons. They are also adding speedrun rankings to Challenge Mode, with further rewards for those who make it to the list. With new dungeons and PVP content in the pipeline, the developers are working hard to provide players with more opportunities to earn rewards.

Following the feedback they received after the playtest last fall, the team realized that gender-locked classes were a major concern for players. They promised to end this practice, but cautioned that it would take time and resources to implement additional models and classes. The first two classes to receive new versions are the female paladin and male mage. The team is committed to working on each class until both gender options are available.

In addition to the aforementioned developments, the Tarisland team is also fine-tuning the player experience and addressing existing issues. They are focusing on improving the user experience, particularly on mobile devices. A significant part of this involves ensuring that mobile players can participate effectively in raids and PvP, and the team is currently working on skill macros to address this. Given the ambitious cross-platform nature of the project, addressing these issues is a top priority.
